Hello, and welcome to my site.

My name is Andy Cutcliffe and I have been involved in the building and groundwork trade for over 25 years. I began life in the building trade serving my apprenticeship as a brick layer for 4 years which led me on to qualifying as a machine man and furthermore, starting my own business. From the beginning I have undertaken a range of both private and commercial work which has enabled me to gain experience and allow me to specialise in the following areas: -

Although we are based in Hampshire, we will cover surrounding areas such as Berkshire, Surrey and Wiltshire. My business has grown mainly from recommendations, which is why my ethos is to plan the work carefully and precisely, ensuring it is completed to the standard expected of a professional company.

All machine drivers have appropriate qualifications and hold the CIBT Construction Certifications including Health and Safety.

Some jobs may require a different trades man; for example a Plumber, Carpenter or Electrician. I will never take on or say that I will do any work out of my skill set. I have however built relationships with contacts qualified in their trade though out the years.

Does the idea of looking for two or three contractors qualified in different trades, getting quotes, arranging appointments for surveys, and yet another cheque to write seem like to much to do?

Because of the business relationships I have built over the years, I can do all this for you and provide you with one point of contact, one quote and one bill to pay when the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

I do all this work however small or large and it may not cost as much as you think!
